Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Washington and Nevada consumer health data. Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law cover information that identifies a person's physical or mental health, including what is inferred from other information. We don't ask for health information (Section 2.5). The health information we may process is anything about health that you choose to type into an Ask the I Ching question, background or note, and the result of the safety check in Section 4, which looks at a question for signs that someone may be in danger. We get it only from you. We process it only to provide Ask the I Ching, which you asked for: to answer your question or, if the check finds such signs, to show you where to find help instead. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with third parties; our AI providers (OpenAI for the safety check) and our hosting and database providers (Section 5.1) process it for us. You can ask us to confirm whether we hold it, to access or delete it, and to tell you who received it, as described in Section 9.3.
